Pastoral Caregiver

Are you a Stephen Minister, a pastoral caregiver or do you provide pastoral ministry to others? Do you find there are times that you would like to provide a pastoral referral? Who do you refer to and why?

A member of Faith Counseling Center is willing to come to your group so you may “hear” how we “listen” and “work with” clients that call for an appointment with a pastoral psychotherapist. That cold call that a person who is in need makes to an unknown can be difficult, but how do we make it more comfortable? How do we decide who is the right person to “journey” with the caller?
